The Somatic Healing Circle Retreat is for
5 days/4 nights and it will be held at QUINTA CAMARENA, a sustainable retreat centre in PORTUGAL on the 13th-17th of May 2026.
We, Anita Amarissa and Sunita Johal of Crimson Catz® are your hosts for this retreat.
We felt it was time to bring you all together in a gorgeous and tranquil space where you can allow yourself the time required to gain harmony within your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and 'self'.
This retreat is all about self-expression and transformation as we have a New Moon in Taurus on the 16th of May 2026, and we will be bringing everything you've explored, together to celebrate the 'Ceremony of Light, Abundance and Prosperity and New Beginnings'.
The retreat is for you If you have or are struggling with the following:
Stress.
Post trauma.
Letting go of the past.
Anxiety.
Depression.
Autoimmune disorder.
Life/work balance.
Attracting abundance and prosperity.

It is also 'Mental Health Awareness Week' (12th-18th May 2026). A great excuse to book your space in the sun to boost your general mental wellbeing!
During the retreat there will be an itinerary for you to follow and Sunita and I will be your therapists. We will be including the following therapies:
Gentle traditional Yoga.
Somatic shaking.
Various forms of meditation and breathwork.
Somatic singing.
Intro to The Law of Attraction.
Dance Movement Therapy (D.M.T.).
Progressive muscle relaxation (P.M.R.).
Guided imagery.
Reflective journaling.
Laughter Yoga and the 7 steps to Inner Happiness!
You'll also have an opportunity to continue working with us thereafter, in your own surroundings, with continued support in your self-expression and transformational journey.
